If you're sure that your parameter is always defined, use the non-null assertion operator:

const {data} = trpc.community.getAll.useQuery({
  name: communityName!, /* 👈 notice the exclamation mark */

  name: communityName!, /* 👈 notice the exclamation mark */

createTRPCNext() setup, you'll receive SSR'd content from next
